Overview

A complete brand identity for Kopi Nusantara, a specialty coffee roastery celebrating Indonesia’s diverse coffee heritage from Sumatra, Java, Bali, Toraja, Flores.


Problem

Exceptional single-origin beans but no cohesive brand presence.


Approach

Deep research into Indonesia’s coffee regions translated into a modular brand system.


Solution

  • Logo: Custom wordmark with coffee cherry icon
  • Colour system: 6 origin-based palettes
  • Packaging: Kraft-paper bags with stamps
  • Cafe collateral: Menus, signage, coasters

Results

Sales increased 35% in first quarter post-rebrand.
